Driver

Zepto delivery partners (drivers) are responsible for swiftly picking up groceries and essentials from local dark stores and delivering them to customers within a 3km radius, typically aiming for ultra-fast delivery times. The role requires riding a two-wheeler, using a navigation app, handling cash/digital payments, and working flexible, fast-paced shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Delivery: Pick up orders from the Zepto hub and deliver to customers promptly.

• Navigation & Safety: Use mobile applications for route planning and follow traffic safety rules.

• Customer Service: Interact with customers professionally, ensuring order accuracy.

• Payment Handling: Manage cash-on-delivery (COD) and digital payments.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Maintain own bike/scooter or manage company-provided electric vehicles (EVs).

Requirements

• Vehicle & License: A two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and a valid driver's license (some locations/EV options might vary).

• Smartphone: Android smartphone for the delivery app.

• Documentation: Aadhar Card, PAN Card, and bank account for weekly payouts.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to handle, load, and unload packages.
