-Arrange and line up vehicles for daily dispatch.

-Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and warehouse teams.

-Manage dispatch documentation.

-Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.

-Plan incoming/outgoing vehicle schedules and maintain records.

-Select cost-effective and suitable vehicles based on delivery location and load.

-Provide route details, delivery instructions, and required documents.

-Resolve issues related to delays, mismatch, damage, or wrong delivery.

-Prepare daily dispatch plans and share updates with the team.

-Utilize return loads and manage transport costs effectively.

-Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports for dispatch and transportation.
