Risk and issue management: Identify and mitigate risks, and promptly address any issues or roadblocks that arise to keep the project on track.
Communication and stakeholder management: Act as a bridge between the technical teams and stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication.
Client relationship management: Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensure their needs are met, and act as the main point of contact for service-related matters.
Process improvement: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and continuously look for ways to optimize and improve the efficiency of the delivery process.
