Delivery Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Delivery & Dispatch Executive to manage the dispatch and delivery of our products to clients. The role involves handling, loading, and ensuring timely and safe delivery of equipment, maintaining delivery records, and providing basic product handling support at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery of products to clients.

• Verify and prepare items for dispatch based on delivery orders and invoices.

• Safely load, transport, and unload materials at designated client locations.

• Ensure products are delivered in proper condition and obtain client signatures on delivery documentation.

• Maintain accurate delivery records and submit daily reports to the Operations team.

• Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, and service teams for smooth dispatch operations.

• Handle basic customer interactions professionally during delivery.

• Ensure proper handling and security of all company materials and equipment during transit.

• Assist in maintaining inventory and managing stock movement records when required.

Skills & Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10+2 / Graduate (any stream).

• Proven experience in delivery or logistics operations preferred.

• Valid driving license (two-wheeler/four-wheeler, as applicable).

• Basic knowledge of delivery documentation and dispatch process.

• Good communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.

• Physically fit and punctual with a sense of responsibility.
