1. Deployment Requirements
Working Schedule
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM (12 Hours Active Login)
Working Days: 6 Days per Week
Weekly Off: 1 Fixed Roster-Based Off (Saturday & Sunday will be working days)
Minimum Orders: 20 Orders per Rider per Day
Monthly Benchmark: As per zone-specific operational requirements

3. Commercials
Monthly Commercial per Rider: ₹30,000
The above commercial is inclusive of fuel cost and management fees.
4. Penalty & Compliance

Note: Login duration will be tracked through the GPS-enabled attendance system. Only active login time (online and accepting orders) will be considered. Idle or offline time will not be counted.
2. Attendance / Absent Day Penalty

22–23 Days ₹600 per absent day
20–21 Days ₹1,000 per absent day
Below 20 Days Only 60% of earned salary will be paid on a pro-rata basis
3. Abscondment Policy
Approved Exit (Minimum 3 Days' Prior Notice):
Final settlement will be processed on a pro-rata basis based on the actual days worked.
Unapproved / Abrupt Exit:
Up to 3 days of unapproved absence: Daily earnings for absent days will be forfeited.
More than 3 days of unapproved absence: Monthly incentive eligibility will cease, and payment will be made at a flat ₹40 per order for all orders completed during that month.
5. Incentives

Weekly Order Incentive ₹50 per order above the weekly zone threshold
Weekly Order Target Nungambakkam – 160 Orders/Week
Egmore & Royapettah – 180 Orders/Week
Attendance Incentive ₹1,000 for completing 26 working days
Kindly ensure strict adherence to the above operational guidelines and communicate the same to all deployed riders. Non-compliance will attract the applicable deductions as mentioned above.
