Position: Purchase Assistant

Location: Coimbatore

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and energetic Purchase Assistant to support procurement and office operations. The candidate will be responsible for purchasing materials from vendors, coordinating deliveries, visiting courier offices when required, and assisting with day-to-day office activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit vendor locations to purchase required products and materials.

• Coordinate with vendors regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery schedules.

• Deliver products and materials to customers as instructed.

• Visit courier offices for dispatch and collection of parcels when required.

• Assist in product pickup and delivery activities.

• Maintain purchase records, bills, invoices, and delivery documents.

• Support inventory and stock-related activities.

• Coordinate with internal teams for purchase and delivery requirements.

• Assist in general office support activities as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree.

• Freshers can apply.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office is preferred.

• Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license.

• Willingness to travel locally for vendor visits, deliveries, and office-related tasks.

• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy.
