Key Responsibilities:
Deliver mobile retail orders to various retailers in a timely and efficient manner.
Prepare and issue bills for delivered orders accurately.
Collect cash payments from retailers upon delivery and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Maintain organized documentation of deliveries, payments, and billing information.
Communicate effectively with retailers to confirm orders and address any inquiries.
Ensure all delivery vehicles are maintained and report any issues to management.
Follow all safety regulations and company policies during deliveries.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to read and write effectively in English for documentation purposes.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Previous experience in retail delivery or cash handling is an advantage.
