Delivery Executive

A WishMaster is a freelance, gig-based delivery partner working under Flipkart's Ekart logistics network.The role involves last-mile delivery of parcels from an assigned Ekart hub to customers, using the FlipkartXtra app under the flexible TrueFlex working model. Partners are onboarded fully digitally through the app— from Aadhaar/DigiLocker-based KYC to bank and PAN verification.Key Responsibilities• Pick up parcels from the assigned Ekart hub and deliver them to customers within the designated area.• Use the Flipkart Xtra app to manage work slots, routes, and delivery status updates.• Maintain accuracy in delivery confirmations, proof of delivery, and customer interaction.• Keep KYC, bank, and profile details on the app updated and accurate at all times.• Follow hub reporting timelines and vehicle/route safety guidelines.• Handle Cash-on-Delivery (COD) collections responsibly where applicable.Eligibility & Onboarding Requirements• Valid Aadhaar card (verified via DigiLocker during onboarding).• Valid PAN card.• Active bank account with correct account number and IFSC code.• Smartphone with the Flipkart Xtra app installed.• Own two-wheeler/vehicle suitable for delivery (as per hub's supply chain category, e.g. Ekart Non-Large).• Willingness to work flexible, self-managed delivery slots (TrueFlex model).• Basic literacy to navigate the app and read delivery addresses.
