Job Description

Delivery Partner – Roles & Responsibilities

  • Pick up & deliver orders safely and on time.

  • Follow assigned routes and use GPS/navigation for efficient delivery.

  • Coordinate with customers regarding delivery and pickup.

  • Handle COD payments accurately, when applicable.

  • Verify orders before pickup and delivery.

  • Maintain the delivery vehicle and follow traffic/safety rules.

  • Update delivery status through the required mobile app.

  • Provide good customer service and maintain professional behavior.

  • Report on time and complete assigned deliveries during the shift.

  • Return undelivered/returned orders according to company procedure.
