Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure proper racking and organization of products in the warehouse.

  • Pick, verify, and pack orders accurately before dispatch.

  • Deliver parcels to assigned medical shops within the scheduled timeline.

  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.

  • Collect payments (cash/online confirmation) against delivered packages.

  • Submit daily collection reports and reconcile cash accurately.

  • Handle delivery documentation, invoices, and acknowledgments properly.
