Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pick up laundry from customers and deliver clean clothes on time

  • Handle garments carefully to avoid damage or loss

  • Maintain polite and professional behavior with customers

  • Collect payments (if required) and update delivery status

  • Verify customer details and order information before delivery

  • Maintain cleanliness and basic care of the delivery vehicle

  • Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently

  • Report issues, delays, or customer feedback to the manager

Job Requirements:

  • Valid two-wheeler driving license

  • Own vehicle preferred (or company vehicle if available)

  • Basic knowledge of local Bhopal routes

  • Ability to use smartphone (WhatsApp, calls, simple apps)

  • Honest, responsible, and punctual

  • Good communication skills (Hindi; basic English preferred)
