Travel with the delivery van on the assigned route.
Assist in loading and unloading parcels.
Deliver parcels to customers accurately and on time.
Collect customer signatures or OTPs during delivery, if required.
Ensure parcels are handled safely and without damage.
Maintain accurate delivery records as instructed.
Provide courteous and professional service to customers.
Follow all company safety guidelines and delivery procedures.
