Job Description

Wireworks is hiring a Delivery Executive for the safe and timely pickup, handling, transportation, and delivery of high-value IT infrastructure, electronic, and audio-visual equipment.

The candidate should have prior experience in handling sensitive electronic materials, delivery documentation, and coordinating with customers, suppliers, and local transporters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Pick up and deliver high-value electronic equipment, including servers, racks, displays, speakers, and IT infrastructure materials.

2. Verify materials against invoices, delivery challans, and order lists during pickup and delivery.

3. Ensure safe handling and damage-free delivery of sensitive electronic equipment.

4. Obtain customer acknowledgements and maintain accurate delivery records.

5. Share real-time delivery updates, photographs, and proof of delivery through WhatsApp or email.

6. Coordinate with suppliers, customers, transporters, and local Mathadi labour for material movement.

7. Maintain basic delivery records using MS Excel, Word, and email.

8. Plan delivery routes and ensure timely completion of assigned deliveries.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass with 2–6 years of relevant delivery experience.

• Experience in handling high-value electronic goods, IT equipment, or similar sensitive materials.

• Own two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.

• Knowledge of invoices, E-Way Bills, and delivery challans.

• Good knowledge of Mumbai/Navi Mumbai routes and local markets.

• Familiarity with local transporters and Mathadi labour arrangements.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and WhatsApp.

• Ability to communicate in Hindi, basic English, and Marathi.

• Willingness to travel across Mumbai for official deliveries.

Preferred Industry Experience

IT Hardware, Electronics, Data Centres, Telecom, Audio-Visual Equipment, IT Infrastructure, Logistics, Courier, and High-Value Goods Delivery.

• It is a Full Time Delivery job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
