Delivery Executive

A delivery boy's job involves timely and safe delivery of goods (food, packages, etc.) to customers, requiring efficient route planning, handling/loading/unloading items, collecting payments/signatures, providing good customer service, and maintaining vehicle/records while adhering to traffic rules. Key duties include route optimization, ensuring product safety, documenting deliveries, and resolving customer issues professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Goods: Transport various items (food, apparel, appliances) to specified locations within timeframes.

• Route Planning: Plan efficient routes to meet delivery schedules.

• Loading/Unloading: Carefully handle and transport packages, ensuring they aren't damaged.

• Customer Service: Verify recipient details, obtain signatures, collect payments (if needed), and professionally handle inquiries or complaints.

• Record Keeping: Update delivery status, maintain logs, and report any issues.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the delivery vehicle clean, fueled, and in good working condition.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety guidelines.
