Job Description

We are looking for energetic and responsible Delivery Executives to ensure timely delivery, installation support, and pickup of rental products while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver furniture, appliances, and other rental products to customer locations as per the assigned schedule.
Assist in loading, unloading, installation, and pickup of products safely.
Ensure products are delivered in good condition and obtain customer acknowledgment upon delivery.
Handle customer interactions professionally and address basic queries regarding products and services.
Coordinate with warehouse, operations, and customer support teams for smooth execution of deliveries.
Maintain delivery records, proof of delivery, and daily activity reports.
Follow assigned routes and optimize delivery timelines.
Report product damages, shortages, delays, or customer concerns immediately to the supervisor.
Ensure safe handling of company assets and adherence to safety guidelines.
Support reverse logistics activities including product returns, replacements, and retrieval of terminated rentals.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience in delivery, logistics, courier, furniture movement, or warehouse operations preferred.
Knowledge of Hyderabad routes and local areas.
Ability to use smartphones, GPS navigation, and delivery applications.
Physically fit to handle furniture and appliance movement.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
