Job Description

Deliver medicines and pharmaceutical products to customers, hospitals, and retail pharmacies on time.
Ensure correct quantity and product as per invoice before delivery.
Maintain product safety, hygiene, and temperature control where applicable.
Collect signed delivery receipts and return documents to office.
Handle cash on delivery (COD) and submit amounts to accounts department.
Follow route plans and delivery schedules efficiently.
Report damaged, expired, or missing items immediately.
Ensure vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance.
Follow company SOPs and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.
Maintain professional behavior with customers and clients.
