Job Description

  • Deliver medicines and pharmaceutical products to customers, hospitals, and retail pharmacies on time.

  • Ensure correct quantity and product as per invoice before delivery.

  • Maintain product safety, hygiene, and temperature control where applicable.

  • Collect signed delivery receipts and return documents to office.

  • Handle cash on delivery (COD) and submit amounts to accounts department.

  • Follow route plans and delivery schedules efficiently.

  • Report damaged, expired, or missing items immediately.

  • Ensure vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance.

  • Follow company SOPs and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.

  • Maintain professional behavior with customers and clients.
