• Collect shipments from the hub and deliver to customers or business clients

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery following assigned routes

• Order Verification

• Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness

• Handle customer queries and confirm proof of delivery

• Customer Interaction

• Maintain polite and professional behavior with customers

• Address minor complaints or escalate to the team leader

• Device & App Usage

• Use Flipkart’s delivery app for route navigation, status updates, and reporting

• Ensure proper scanning and tagging of parcels

• 🎯 Skills & Qualifications Education: Minimum 10th pass

• Experience: 0–6 months (Freshers welcome)

• Skills:

• Basic smartphone handling

• Route navigation and time management

• Customer service and communication

• Physical fitness for handling parcels
