📋 Roles & Responsibilities

Order Dispatch & Delivery: Pick up packages from the local fulfillment hub in the morning and safely deliver them to customers within the designated territory. [1]
Returns & Pickups Management: Execute customer pick-ups for product returns or size exchanges while carefully checking product conditions. [1]
Cash & Digital Handlings: Collect payments accurately for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders via cash or QR-code scanner apps, ensuring it maps properly to the delivery application.
Hub Reporting: Update shipment delivery tracking apps in real-time and return undelivered shipments back to the hub manager at the end of the shift. [1]
