Deliver customer orders safely and on time.
Pick up orders from the assigned store/dark store and deliver them to customers.
Verify order details before delivery and ensure accurate handover.
Maintain professional and polite communication with customers.
Handle cash/online payment-related processes, if applicable.
Follow assigned delivery routes and company guidelines.
Maintain the cleanliness and proper condition of the delivery vehicle/bike.
Update delivery status accurately through the designated mobile application.
Report delivery issues, customer concerns, delays, or address-related problems to the supervisor.
Follow all safety, traffic, and company policies.
