हम ELASTIC RUN में अपनी टीम में शामिल होने के लिए एक डिलीवरी एग्जीक्यूटिव की तलाश कर रहे हैं, जो सामान को एक स्थान से दूसरे स्थान तक पहुंचा सके। इस भूमिका में निर्धारित मार्गों और समय-सारिणी का पालन करते हुए सामान को उठाना और पहुंचाना शामिल है। उम्मीदवारों को विनम्र होना चाहिए और त्वरित प्रतिक्रिया देनी चाहिए ताकि ग्राहकों को उत्कृष्ट अनुभव मिल सके।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:

सामान को सुरक्षित और समय पर ग्राहकों या व्यवसायों तक लोड करना, परिवहन करना और डिलीवर करना।

डिलीवरी से पहले और बाद में ऑर्डर की समीक्षा करना ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि ऑर्डर पूर्ण हैं, शुल्क सही हैं और सही ग्राहक को सौंपे गए हैं।

वाहनों से सामान को लोड और अनलोड करने में सहायता करना।

यदि लागू हो, तो डिलीवर किए गए सामान के लिए भुगतान स्वीकार करना।

उत्कृष्ट ग्राहक सेवा प्रदान करना, ग्राहकों के सवालों का जवाब देना और उनकी शिकायतों को संभालना।

सभी परिवहन कानूनों का पालन करना और सुरक्षित ड्राइविंग रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखना।

डिलीवरी से संबंधित रिपोर्ट और अन्य दस्तावेज तैयार करना।
