We are looking for a Delhivery Executive to join our team Delhivery Logistics who can transport items from one place to another. The role requires pick up and drop off of items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. Candidates must be polite and prompt with responses to provide clients with an excellent experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Loading, transporting and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct and handed to the right customer.
Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
Accepting payments for delivered items, if applicable.
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.
Following all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

The minimum qualification for this role is Any and 0 to 1 Year. Other skills requirements like time management and customer service are important. Attention to detail and experience in the same field is a plus.
