Job Description

Job Overview:As a Delivery Executive at Xpressbees, you will be responsible for picking up parcels from the hub/warehouse and delivering them safely and on time to customers at their doorstep. You will ensure proper handling of shipments, maintain customer satisfaction, and follow all company guidelines and safety rules.Key Responsibilities:Pick up shipments from the hub/warehouse and deliver to assigned customer locations.Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parcels as per company standards.Collect cash/UPI payments (Cash on Delivery – COD) when applicable and deposit safely.Verify the customer’s details and obtain proof of delivery (POD).Handle packages with care to avoid damage during transit.Communicate politely and professionally with customers.Report daily delivery status and any issues (e.g., wrong address, customer not available).Follow traffic rules and maintain safety while driving.Maintain assigned delivery vehicle/bike in good condition.Requirements:Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (Higher Secondary preferred).Age: 18 years and above.Must own a two-wheeler with valid Driving License, RC, and Insurance.Smartphone with internet connection.Good knowledge of local routes and areas.Basic communication skills in local language/Hindi/English.Physically fit to carry and deliver packages.Responsible, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude.Benefits:Fixed salary + attractive incentives per delivery.Fuel allowance (as per company policy).Insurance coverage (as per company norms).Weekly/Monthly payouts.Career growth opportunities within logistics and operations.
