As a Delivery Executive at Xpressbees, you will be responsible for safely, accurately, and timely delivering parcels to customers. The role requires excellent time management, customer service, and attention to detail while adhering to company policies and road safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up parcels from the hub/warehouse and deliver them to customers on assigned routes.
Ensure safe handling of packages during loading, transport, and delivery.
Use company mobile app/device to track deliveries, update status, and capture customer proof of delivery.
Collect payments from customers (Cash on Delivery orders) and hand them over to the hub as per process.
Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery updates, delays, or clarifications.
Maintain professionalism and good behavior with customers.
Ensure compliance with traffic rules and company safety policies.
Report any delivery issues, package damages, or customer concerns to the supervisor/hub manager.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / High School or above.
Should have a valid Driving License (Two-Wheeler).
Must own a bike/scooter with proper documents (RC, insurance, pollution certificate).
Basic knowledge of using smartphones and navigation apps.
Good communication skills in local language (basic English/Hindi preferred).
Physically fit to handle parcels (up to 20 kg if required).
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
