Delivery Executive

We are looking for a Delivery Executive to join our team at Busy Bees Logistics Solutions Private Limited Pune who can transport items from one place to another. The role requires pick up and drop off of items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. Candidates must be polite and prompt with responses to provide clients with an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.

• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct and handed to the right customer.

• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.

• Accepting payments for delivered items, if applicable.

• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.

• Following all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.

• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 0.5 years of experience. Other skills requirements like time management and customer service are important. Attention to detail and experience in the same field is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Pick up and deliver parcels to customers on time

Ensure safe handling of shipments and verify delivery details

Collect payments from customers (Cash on Delivery, if applicable)

Maintain proper records of deliveries and payments

Communicate effectively with customers for smooth deliveries

Report delivery status to supervisors regularly

Follow all safety guidelines and traffic rules while on duty

Handle packages with care to avoid damage

Requirements

Qualification: Any

Should possess a valid Two-Wheeler Driving License and RC

Must own a two-wheeler and smartphone (Android preferred)

Good knowledge of local routes and geography

Basic communication skills (Hindi/English/regional language)

Ability to work in flexible shifts (morning/evening)

Punctual, reliable, and customer-friendly attitude
