Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and responsible Delivery Executives to join our delivery operations for Flipkart orders through Shadowfax. The candidate will be responsible for timely and safe delivery of packages to customers while providing professional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up assigned shipments/packages from the designated hub.
Deliver Flipkart orders to customers safely and within the assigned delivery timelines.
Verify customer and order details before completing deliveries.
Handle packages carefully and maintain their safety during transportation.
Collect cash/other payments, if assigned.
Update delivery status accurately through the company’s delivery app.
Maintain professional behavior while interacting with customers.
Follow assigned delivery routes and operational instructions.
Return undelivered shipments to the designated hub as per company procedure.
Maintain basic cleanliness and proper condition of the delivery vehicle.
Follow all company policies and traffic/safety regulations.
Eligibility & Requirements
Valid two-wheeler/bike is mandatory.
Valid driving licence is required.
Smartphone with internet connection is required.
Candidate should be familiar with local areas and routes.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Physically fit and comfortable with field work.
Previous delivery/logistics experience is preferred; freshers may also apply.
Must be willing to work flexible shifts as per operational requirements.

Petrol expenses will be provided/reimbursed by the company as per company policy.
Salary/incentives: ₹30,000 to ₹45,000 per month, depending on deliveries, incentives, attendance, and applicable company policies.
