We are seeking a responsible and hardworking Food Delivery Executive to join our team. The role involves picking up food items from partner restaurants and delivering them to customers in a timely, safe, and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect food items from partner restaurants or cloud kitchens.

• Ensure the food is packed properly and handle it with care to avoid spillage or damage.

• Deliver orders accurately and promptly to customers at their specified address.

• Use the mobile app to receive delivery details and update order status.

• Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers and restaurant staff.

• Manage cash or digital payments if applicable.

• Follow all safety, hygiene, and traffic regulations.

• Maintain good condition of the delivery vehicle and report any issues.

• Work collaboratively with dispatchers, support teams, and supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.

• Own a two-wheeler vehicle (preferred but not always mandatory).

• Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred).

• Knowledge of local routes and areas.

• Familiarity with using smartphones and delivery apps (training provided).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Punctual, reliable, and customer-oriented.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
