Job Overview

We are hiring Delivery Executives / Delivery Partners for leading food delivery, grocery, e-commerce, courier and mobility platforms including Zomato, Blinkit, Swiggy, Uber, Porter, Xpressbees, Flipkart Minutes, Amazon Flex, Snabbit and Rapido.

Candidates can choose full-time, part-time or flexible shifts, depending on the platform and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up orders/packages from assigned stores, restaurants or hubs.

• Deliver orders safely and on time to customers.

• Follow the delivery route and use the respective delivery application.

• Maintain professional communication with customers.

• Handle cash/online delivery requirements where applicable.

• Ensure proper handling of food, grocery and other packages.

• Complete the required number of deliveries/slots/milestones as applicable.

• Maintain the vehicle in good working condition.

• Follow company safety and delivery guidelines.

Basic Eligibility

• Minimum age generally 18 years; age limits vary by platform.

• Valid Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.

• Valid bank account/passbook or cancelled cheque where required.

• Valid Driving Licence where applicable.

• Own/eligible vehicle as per platform requirements.

• Android smartphone with internet connectivity.

• Candidates should be comfortable using mobile applications.

• Freshers are welcome.

Per-Order / Per-KM Earnings

• Zomato: Approx. ₹40–₹50 per order within a 5 km radius.

• Blinkit: Approx. ₹25–₹40 per order up to 4 km.

• Swiggy: Approx. ₹40–₹50 for food orders; grocery/incentive orders may vary.

• Uber: Approx. ₹10–₹12 per km.

• Porter: Approx. ₹12–₹15 per km.

• Xpressbees: Approx. ₹12–₹14 per order; return deliveries may offer ₹16–₹18.

• Flipkart Minutes: Approx. ₹12–₹15 per order.

• Rapido: Approx. ₹10–₹12/km for bike and ₹12–₹15/km for auto.

Onboarding / Joining Fees

Platform-specific onboarding charges may apply:

• Zomato: Approx. ₹1,800, including shirts/bag and background verification.

• Blinkit: Approx. ₹49 / ₹99 / ₹299 depending on onboarding option.

• Swiggy: Approx. ₹2 / ₹99 / ₹149, primarily for bag; T-shirts may be free.

• Uber: No onboarding fee.

• Porter: Approx. ₹600 including bag/T-shirt.

• Xpressbees: No onboarding fee.

• Flipkart Minutes: Approx. ₹1,200 in 3 instalments.

• Amazon Flex: No onboarding fee.

• Snabbit: No onboarding fee.

• Rapido: Zero onboarding fee.

Important Platform Conditions

• Uber: Bike is mandatory.

• Snabbit: Female candidates; flexible timings.

• Rapido: Bike/Auto options available; sports bikes are not allowed.

• Rapido vehicle eligibility: Vehicles from 2012 onwards are allowed as per the provided brief.

• Some platforms require candidates to complete minimum deliveries to qualify for incentives.

• Incentives and milestone programs are subject to platform-specific timelines and conditions.
