Job Title: Delivery Executive (Delivery, Egg Cleaning & Grading)

Fixed monthly salary. Company bike and fuel provided. No targets. Path to Supervisor in 3 to 6 months.

We are looking for a Delivery Executive to join our team at Urthe, a pasture-raised egg brand in Hyderabad, to manage deliveries efficiently. The role involves transporting eggs safely while maintaining a high standard of customer service, along with cleaning and grading eggs before dispatch. The position offers a monthly in-hand salary of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000, plus a monthly zero-breakage bonus. A company two-wheeler and fuel are provided. Candidates must ensure accurate and timely pickups and drop-offs, contributing to a seamless delivery experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, inspect, and grade eggs by size and quality, and set aside cracked or damaged eggs before packing.

• Pack orders carefully to prevent breakage during transit.

• Deliver orders to customers across Hyderabad within the assigned timeline, and verify delivery details to ensure accurate and complete orders.

• Handle eggs with care while loading and unloading the delivery vehicle.

• Look after the company two-wheeler and report any maintenance issues promptly.

• Maintain records of deliveries, returns, and any related paperwork.

• Collect payments (cash/UPI) when required and issue receipts to customers.

• Represent Urthe professionally and share customer feedback with the team.

• Follow traffic and transportation laws for safe operations.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 10th pass (SSC), with 0 to 2 years of experience. Freshers are welcome. Candidates should be good at route planning, time management, and customer interaction. Prior experience in delivery roles will be an added advantage.

• Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license.

• Must own a smartphone and be comfortable using Google Maps and UPI.

• Familiarity with Hyderabad routes is preferred.

• Basic communication in Telugu and/or Hindi is required.

• Must be careful, reliable, and willing to learn egg handling and quality checks.

Work Details:

• Location: Raidurg, with deliveries across the city

• Timings: 6 am - 2 pm / 6 days per week

• Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

• It is a Both Delivery job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
