Delivery Boy

Role Overview:

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Delivery Boys (Bikers) to join our logistics team. The role involves picking up and delivering packages safely and on time while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver parcels, documents, or goods to customers within the assigned area.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery as per schedule.

• Handle products and documents with care to avoid damage/loss.

• Collect payment (if applicable) and submit it to the accounts team.

• Maintain delivery records and update the supervisor/branch manager.

• Follow traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.

• Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the manager immediately.

• Keep the assigned vehicle (bike) clean and in good working condition.

Requirements:

• Must own a bike with a valid driving license.

• Minimum [10th/12th pass – company preference].

• Basic knowledge of routes and local geography.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹[12,000 – 15,000] per month.

• Fuel allowance as per company policy.

• Other benefits as per company norms.
