• Collect shipment loads from the branch during morning and afternoon runs.

• Sort shipments route-wise for efficient delivery.

• Deliver shipments within the committed timelines while maintaining the required delivery percentage.

• Update delivery status in the system and mobile application.

• Complete end-of-day closing by debriefing all delivered and undelivered shipments.

• Follow company SOPs for customer service and shipment handling.
