Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver items to customers within assigned routes or areas.

• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

• Handle products with care and maintain delivery vehicle/bike in good condition.

• Collect payments or obtain signatures when required.

• Provide excellent customer service during each delivery.

• Follow all traffic rules, safety protocols, and company policies.

• Report any delivery issues, delays, or vehicle concerns to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum [10th/12th grade] education.

• Valid driving license (2-wheeler/4-wheeler, as required).

• Own vehicle (preferred, if company vehicle not provided).

• Good knowledge of local routes and areas.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Physically fit and able to handle packages.

• Punctual, honest, and dependable.
