Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Delivery Boy (Bike Rider) to deliver orders safely and on time while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver orders to customers within the assigned area.
Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Handle products with care to prevent damage.
Collect cash or digital payments when required.
Verify delivery details before dispatch.
Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with customers.
Follow traffic rules and company safety guidelines.
Keep the delivery bike clean and in good condition.
Report any delivery issues or delays to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Valid two-wheeler driving license.
Own bike preferred ().
Good knowledge of local routes and navigation.
Basic smartphone skills for using delivery apps and maps.
Punctual, honest, and physically fit.
Good communication and customer service skills.
