• Collect medicines from the warehouse/pharmacy as per the invoice.

• Ensure timely and safe delivery of medicines to hospitals, clinics, and patients.

• Verify the recipient's name and collect signature or OTP on delivery.

• Handle medicines with care, following temperature and storage guidelines.

• Maintain delivery records and submit daily reports to the supervisor.

• Collect payments if applicable and hand over to the accounts department.

• Follow company SOPs and hygiene standards.

• Coordinate with the dispatch team for new delivery instructions.

• Report any issues (e.g., damaged products, wrong address) immediately.

• Ensure vehicle (if assigned) is well-maintained and documents are up to date.
