Delivery Boy

The Delivery Boy is responsible for ensuring timely and safe pick-up and delivery of customer garments. This role plays a vital part in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting smooth store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect garments from customers at their doorstep and deliver them back after cleaning.

• Handle garments with care to avoid any damage or misplacement.

• Maintain proper records of pick-ups, deliveries, and payments (if applicable).

• Communicate politely and professionally with customers.

• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely service.

• Assist in basic store tasks when required.

Requirements:

• Valid driving license (for two-wheeler or delivery vehicle).

• Good knowledge of local routes and navigation.

• Punctual, reliable, and customer-friendly attitude.

• Ability to lift and carry laundry bags safely.
