Compensation:

Per-order delivery-based payout
Weekly payment cycle
Earning potential: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on performance)

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver and pick up goods accurately and within stipulated timelines
Ensure orders are complete and handed over to the correct recipients
Handle loading and unloading of items with proper care
Collect payments when required and maintain proper documentation
Interact with customers professionally and address queries politely
Follow assigned routes and adhere to traffic rules and safety guidelines
Maintain records of deliveries, including time, location, and receipts

Job Requirements:

Basic English reading ability
Good knowledge of the local area (Kanpur)
Valid driving license and ability to ride a bike
Strong time management and reliability
Good customer service and communication skills
Familiarity with navigation tools (Google Maps, etc.) is preferred
Prior delivery experience will be an added advantage
