Job Description

Job Summary:

The Rider is responsible for timely pickup and delivery of diagnostic samples, materials, and personnel support to ensure smooth laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect samples from phlebotomists and ensure safe delivery to the laboratory within the defined time.

Maintain proper handling and transportation conditions for all medical samples.

Deliver required materials and kits to camps, collection points, and phlebotomists.

Support transportation of phlebotomists (pickup and drop) when required.

Coordinate with lab, logistics team, and field staff for smooth operations.

Ensure all pickups and deliveries are completed within SLA timelines.

Maintain records of deliveries, handovers, and acknowledgments.

Follow all safety, hygiene, and compliance protocols while handling samples.
