Job Role: Delivery Partner

Location: Nagaram (Hyderabad)

Job Summary

We are looking for responsible and customer-friendly Delivery Partners to join our team. The role involves picking up orders from the assigned location and delivering them safely and on time to customers within a 10 km service radius.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up orders from the assigned store, hub, or pickup point.

• Deliver orders directly to customers' doorsteps within the assigned timelines.

• Ensure safe handling of products during transportation.

• Collect / confirm payments from customers for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders & Online Payments and ensure accurate reconciliation of collected amounts.

• Handle cash and digital payment transactions responsibly and securely.

• Verify delivery details and obtain proof of delivery when required.

• Maintain professional and courteous behaviour while interacting with customers.

• Follow traffic rules and safety regulations at all times.

• Report delivery issues, delays, or customer concerns to the supervisor promptly.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must own a two-wheeler/three-wheeler cargo/ four-wheeler registered in the candidate's name.

• Must possess a valid Driving License.

• The vehicle must have valid Registration (RC), Insurance, and Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificates.

• Must have a smartphone with internet access for navigation and order tracking.

• Basic knowledge of local routes and areas is preferred.

• Prior delivery experience is an added advantage.

• Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC) in the candidate's name

• Aadhaar Card or any other Government-issued ID Proof

• Passport-size Photograph

• Bank Account Details
