Job Description

We are looking for energetic and reliable Delivery Riders to join our delivery operations. The rider will be responsible for picking up and delivering orders safely and on time while ensuring excellent customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Pick up orders from restaurants, stores, or warehouses as assigned

• Deliver orders to customers within the promised time

• Ensure safe handling of food/products during delivery

• Follow route instructions using mobile navigation apps

• Collect cash payments (if applicable) and complete digital transactions

• Maintain professionalism and polite behavior with customers

• Follow traffic rules and company delivery guidelines

• Update delivery status through the mobile app

• Report issues such as delays, damaged items, or incorrect orders

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum age: 18 years

• Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter)

• Valid Driving License

• Smartphone with internet access

• Basic knowledge of using mobile apps

• Aadhaar card / PAN card (KYC documents required)

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends

Skills Required

• Good time management

• Basic communication skills

• Familiarity with local routes

• Customer-friendly attitude

• Physically fit for delivery tasks
