Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and reliable Delivery Associates to join our E-commerce logistics vertical in West Bengal. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate delivery of packages to customers while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Package Delivery: Efficiently deliver allocated packages to customer locations.
Route Planning: Plan daily travel routes based on delivery addresses to ensure maximum efficiency.
Handling Goods: Assist with the loading and unloading of packages from the delivery vehicle.
Payment Collection: Accept and record payments for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders accurately.
Customer Service: Obtain proof of delivery/acknowledgment from customers and ensure products are delivered with zero damage.
Navigation: Read and interpret addresses in English and utilize local area knowledge for quick navigation.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum 10th Standard pass or above.
Skills: Ability to read English addresses; strong local area knowledge.
Mandatory Documents:
- Aadhar Card
- PAN Card
- Voter ID or Driving License
- 2 Passport size photographs
