Key Responsibilities:
Pick up food orders from restaurants/dark kitchens
Deliver food to customers within the defined timeline
Ensure food is delivered safely, fresh, and without spillage
Verify order details before leaving the restaurant
Collect COD payments (if applicable) and submit daily reports
Maintain professional and polite communication with customers
Follow delivery route using GPS/navigation apps
Maintain hygiene and follow food safety practices
Requirements:
Two-wheeler with valid driving license & RC
Smartphone with delivery apps and internet access
Basic knowledge of local areas and routes
Willingness to work in shifts (including evenings/weekends)
Physically fit and punctual
Preferred:
Prior experience in food or courier delivery
Familiar with Google Maps and basic app usage
