Delivery Boy – Job Description

Job Title: Delivery Boy / Delivery Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver parcels, food, documents, or products to customers on time

Verify delivery details and ensure correct items are delivered

Collect cash on delivery (COD) payments when required

Maintain delivery records, bills, and receipts

Follow delivery routes and traffic rules

Handle products carefully to avoid damage

Communicate politely with customers and supervisors

Report any delivery issues or delays

Job Requirements:

Minimum 10th pass (preferred)

Valid two-wheeler driving license

Own bike/scooter (in some companies)

Basic knowledge of local areas and GPS/maps

Ability to use a smartphone and delivery apps

Good communication skills

Physically fit

Working Hours:

Full-time / Part-time / Shift-based
