Delivery Boy

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and well-mannered Office Boy cum Driver to support day-to-day office operations, transportation requirements, and basic administrative work.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicles safely for official and business-related requirements.

• Pick up and drop employees, management, clients, or visitors as instructed.

• Handle local travel for meetings, document submission, banking, courier, and other official work.

• Maintain the vehicle in clean and good working condition.

• Check fuel, tyre pressure, basic maintenance, and servicing schedules.

• Maintain proper records of vehicle usage, fuel, and maintenance.

• Follow all traffic rules and maintain safe driving practices.

Office Support Responsibilities

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and basic office errands.

• Deliver and collect documents, letters, parcels, and courier items.

• Purchase office supplies and other items as required.

• Assist with basic office cleanliness and organization when required.

• Support the administration team in day-to-day office activities.

• Assist with arrangements for meetings and visitors.

• Perform other office-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Valid Driving Licence.

• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.

• Good knowledge of Noida and Delhi-NCR routes.

• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance.

• Basic reading and writing skills.

• Polite, punctual, honest, and disciplined.

• Good communication and professional behaviour.

• Should be flexible with working hours when official requirements demand.

• Previous experience as an Office Boy / Driver / Office Assistant will be preferred.

Working Hours

9:30 AM onwards, as per office requirements.

• It is a Full Time Delivery job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
