Job Title: Delivery Boy

Location: Chennai

Job Summary:

The Delivery Boy will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of frozen products (ice cream) to customers and retail outlets while maintaining proper temperature control and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Deliver frozen products (ice cream) to assigned locations as per the delivery schedule.

·        Ensure the cold chain is maintained during transportation to prevent product damage.

·        Load and unload products carefully to avoid breakage or melting.

·        Collect payments (if applicable) and obtain delivery acknowledgements.

·        Maintain delivery records, invoices, and proof of delivery.

·        Follow all safety, hygiene, and traffic rules during deliveries.

·        Coordinate with the warehouse and operations team for daily delivery planning.

·        Report any delays, damages, shortages, or customer issues immediately.

·        Ensure cleanliness and basic maintenance of the delivery vehicle/freezer box.

Key Requirements:

Requirements & Qualifications:

·        Minimum 12th pass preferred.

·        Valid two-wheeler driving license.

·        Experience in frozen food or FMCG delivery is an added advantage.

·        Ability to handle frozen products and work in cold conditions.

·        Basic understanding of routes and local areas.

·        Honest, punctual, and customer-friendly attitude

Working Conditions:

·        Outdoor field job involving travel.

·        Early morning or extended working hours as per delivery requirements.

·        Physically fit to handle loading and unloading.

• It is a Full Time Delivery job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
