Reporting To: Delivery Supervisor / Hub Manager
To pick up and deliver items (food, parcels, groceries, etc.) to customers in a timely, safe, and efficient manner while providing good customer service.
Collect orders from the pickup location and deliver them to customers as per assigned routes.
Ensure on-time delivery and maintain delivery schedules.
Handle products safely to avoid damage.
Verify customer details and collect payment if applicable (COD orders).
Maintain records of deliveries and payments.
Follow traffic rules and ensure safety while riding/driving.
Report any delivery issues or delays to the supervisor.
Minimum education: 8th/10th pass.
Valid driving license (two-wheeler or four-wheeler, as required).
Smartphone with GPS capability.
Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
Time management and punctuality.
Basic communication skills.
Customer service orientation.
