Delivery Boy

We are looking for a Delivery Boy to join our team at Jaggi Enterprises Private Limited who can transport items from one place to another. The role requires pick up and drop off of items while adhering to assigned routes and time schedules. Candidates must be polite and prompt with responses to provide clients with an excellent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct and handed to the right customer.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.
• Accepting payments for delivered items, if applicable.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions and handling complaints from clients.
• Following all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries.

Job Requirements:

Deliver medicines to customers, hospitals, and pharmacies.

Ensure timely and safe delivery of medicines.

Verify invoices and delivery challans before dispatch.

Collect payments and submit them to the accounts department, if required.

Maintain delivery records and obtain customer signatures.

Handle medicines carefully and follow company guidelines.

Must have a valid driving licence and a two-wheeler.

Knowledge of South Delhi routes will be preferred.
