Delivery Boy

We are looking for a Delivery Boy to join our team Prasad Food Divine to manage deliveries efficiently. The role involves transporting items safely while maintaining a high standard of customer service. Candidates must ensure accurate and timely pickups and drop-offs, contributing to a seamless delivery experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up and deliver orders to customers safely and on time

Verify delivery information such as addresses and contact numbers

Handle products with care and follow all company handling guidelines

Collect payment from customers when required (Cash on Delivery)

Maintain proper delivery logs and update delivery status in the system/app

Follow traffic rules and safety regulations at all times

Report any delivery issues, delays, or customer complaints to the supervisor

Maintain the vehicle (bike/scooter) in good working condition

Requirements:

Minimum 10th pass or equivalent education

Valid driving license (2-wheeler)

Good knowledge of local routes and areas

Basic communication skills (local language; English is a plus)

Physically fit and able to handle long rides

Prior experience as a delivery rider is an advantage
