Ensure food is packed properly and remains fresh during delivery
Verify order details, delivery address, and contact number before dispatch
Collect payments (cash/online) if required and return cash to the restaurant
Follow delivery schedules and assigned routes
Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and professional behavior
Handle customer queries politely and report issues to the manager
Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines
Minimum education: 10th pass preferred
Valid two-wheeler driving license
Own two-wheeler preferred (if required by the restaurant)
Basic knowledge of local routes and areas
Ability to use a smartphone (GPS, calls, delivery apps)
Good communication and customer-handling skills
