Job Description

  • Pick up food orders from the restaurant and deliver them to customers on time

  • Ensure food is packed properly and remains fresh during delivery

  • Verify order details, delivery address, and contact number before dispatch

  • Collect payments (cash/online) if required and return cash to the restaurant

  • Follow delivery schedules and assigned routes

  • Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and professional behavior

  • Handle customer queries politely and report issues to the manager

  • Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: 10th pass preferred

  • Valid two-wheeler driving license

  • Own two-wheeler preferred (if required by the restaurant)

  • Basic knowledge of local routes and areas

  • Ability to use a smartphone (GPS, calls, delivery apps)

  • Good communication and customer-handling skills
