Role Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented Van Delivery Cashier to manage cash transactions, handle deliveries, and ensure smooth order processing. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage delivery operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer billing, cash collection, and maintain accurate cash records.

Ensure timely delivery of goods to assigned locations.

Verify orders before dispatch and collect customer signatures upon delivery.

Maintain cash sheets, invoices, and daily transaction reports.

Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions.

Coordinate with the warehouse team for order dispatch and stock management.

Ensure vehicle cleanliness and follow safe driving practices.

Report any delivery issues or discrepancies to the management.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of cash handling and billing.

Valid driving license for LMV/Van.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to manage time and work under pressure.

Basic mobile app usage for billing/delivery updates.
