• Customer Service: Greet customers, confirm delivery details, obtain signatures, and resolve any delivery inquiries.

• Documentation: Accurately complete delivery logs, invoices, and other paperwork, often using handheld technology.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Perform pre-trip inspections, keep the van clean, and report any issues to maintain operational readiness.

• Communication: Stay in touch with dispatchers and customers about delivery status and changes.
